6. Quality Conference 6 QC

The organisation of the 6th European Quality Conference (6 QC) is a significant element of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister's activities during leadership of the European Public Administration Network (EUPAN).  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
As an initiative regularly organised under the Presidency by specific member states, the conference constitutes a forum for exchange of best practices applied in public administration throughout Europe. The conference, entitled “Doing the right things right. A more result-oriented public sector in Europe” covers the following specific issues: (1) from micro- to meta-management, (2) the impact of public/customer involvement on the effectiveness of an organisation, (3) result-orientated leadership in public sector organisations, (4) implementation of a result-orientated culture in the public sector.

6 QC anticipates the participation of 320 middle and senior management representatives of public administration from EUPAN member states, Georgia and Ukraine. During the conference, representatives of 25 countries will present 43 best practices in public administration. At the same time the organisation of 6 QC provides an opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovative tools for improving the operation of public administration in Europe.
