General Affairs Council (GAC)

During the December meeting of the General Affairs Council (GAC), a report concerning the progress of work on the new Multiannual Financial Frameworks will be presented. Ministers will also discuss the wording of draft conclusions from the December Council of Europe (9 December 2011). During the meeting conclusions will also be adopted by the Council for Expansion and the Stabilisation and Association Process. Preparations for ministerial accession conferences with Iceland and Turkey will also be discussed.
